Welcome Back Columbia Families to the 2024-25 New School Year! 

Registration Information

For returning students, parents/guardians will need to complete "Student Data Confirmation," which can be completed here.

For new students, parents/guardians will need to complete student registration in full, which can be completed here.

For registration, you will need a legal birth certificate, evidence of immunization, a health examination and an oral health examination, and proof of residence.

The registration process is completely digital and these links are accessible and can be completed on a computer, laptop, or any mobile device. If assistance is needed, please visit the Main Office during regular business hours. For those enrolling students in TK and Kindergarten, the Main Office may reach out for additional information.

Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten 

Your child must be five (5) years old by September 1, 2024 to enroll in Kindergarten. Children born between September 2, 2019 and June 2, 2020 can start TK this school year (2024-25).

ELO-P

The Columbia After School Program provides academic assistance, educational enrichment and recreation activities in a safe and fun environment. We believe in the positive power of art, music, dance, nature, friendship and strong adult role models. Our program will improve the quality of life and academic achievement level of the students who attend.
